Delivery and Return

At Mamiechrist.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Delivery and Return Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and returns. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to our shipping partners. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery to a wide range of locations. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • International deliveries may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier availability.

While we strive to meet these estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier service interruptions. Mamiechrist.com is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow your order until it reaches your address. If you experience issues with tracking, please contact us at serviceteam@mamiechrist.com for assistance.

4. Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

5. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your bag, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at serviceteam@mamiechrist.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake by Mamiechrist.com.

8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at serviceteam@mamiechrist.com with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
